Contact Forms

When you send us a message using our contact form, you agree to provide us with your name, mailing address, email address, and other personally identifying information including IP address. We only use that contact information to respond to your request.

We use Google reCAPTCHA on this site. reCAPTCHA collects personal information from users to make the determination of whether they are human and not a bot to prevent SPAM. The reCAPTCHA algorithm checks to see if there is a Google cookie placed on the computer being used. An additional reCAPTCHA cookie will then be added to the user’s browser.

Because we use Stripe to process donations, we do not collect any bank or credit card information from our contributors. Your financial information is handled by Stripe and falls under their privacy policy.

Email newsletters

When you sign up to receive email newsletters, your e-mail address and any other contact information you provide will be stored in Mailchimp, our email newsletter service provider.


When you make a financial contribution through our website, the website records your billing address to provide a receipt for your donation.

User Registration

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time, except they cannot change their username. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.


If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Our Partners

Our website is hosted by Wordify in their Council Bluffs, Iowa (USA) datacenter. They do not retain personal data that is stored on our site or sent through contact forms.

LifeX Marketing serves as webmaster for our site, and their staff has agreed to be bound by the terms of this policy.

Stripe processes credit cards using a tokenized process that does not store your credit card information on our website. You may opt to save payment information in your user account, but there is no way for your card information to be stolen from our website.

Mailchimp provides our email newsletter service, and stores contact information about those who subscribe to receive our newsletters.
